Sponsor dedicated email

• Entitled sponsors are allotted one (1) time use of the Shamrock Shuffle E-Newsletter database
• Email content to be provided and sent to the database by the Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle
  • Accepted file formats include JPG or PNG.
  • Files cannot be wider than 600px. Files exceeding this width will be resized to fit within the e-mail format
  • If submission includes more than 50 words of copy in the image, sponsor must also provide a Word document with all copy contained in the image
  • Submission of creative must include a subject line and URL redirect
• Email Nicole McNally at Nicole.mcnally@cemevent.com with final email format
• Creative, URL redirect and subject line are due two weeks prior to the transmission date

Metrics

• The full database of the newsletter is approximately 16,000 emails
• Newsletter metrics can be provided 3 to 5 business days after transmission, by request.
